Return Policy
Child Basics wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order. We want you to be informed about the item(s) you are purchasing.
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but will not refund shipping charges. You must e-mail us at help@childbasics.com to receive return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
For items damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. Child Basics will assume the return shipping charges for defective products. As with all returns please e-mail us at help@childbasics.com to receive authorization or simply refuse the shipment if damage is evident at the time of delivery.
Note: Please allow 7 - 10 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.
All returns without an RA number will be refused and not credited.
PayPal Payments should be made to help@childbasics.com when accessing your PayPal account.
Cancellations
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. If the order has not been processed than we will be happy to process the cancellation for you. If it has already shipped than unfortunately the customer will have to be responsible for the shipping. Including rejected shipments.
Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled once your order has been placed with the Manufacturer.

Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our designers. In the event of a shipping delay, Child Basics will notify you and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
